Social media

Social media can be a great way to reach your ideal client, but you’re busy running a business. It takes time to build awareness and increase engagement. And your visibility falls off a cliff if you’re not posting regularly and responding quickly to comments and messages. This is where I come in - and it won’t break the bank. 

I’ll engage on your behalf for 20 minutes per day (weekdays only).

2 days per week = £25 per week
3 days per week = £37.50 per week
4 days per week = £50 per week
5 days per week = £60 per week

If you need content creation as well, I can also take care of that - just get in touch to discuss.

Business buddy

Being a business owner can be incredibly lonely and overwhelming, especially if you don’t have a team to bounce ideas off and provide a sanity check. My 1:1 support and accountability service provides a monthly video call where we can thrash out your business challenges and goals. I’ll then devise a list of tasks and send you the meeting notes - giving you a clear focus and helping you get where you want to be. I’ll even check in with you half way through each month to see how everything’s going.

Business Buddy = £110 per month.

And if you find you need help ticking off the tasks I can also help with this on an ad-hoc basis, for £35 per hour.

Inbox management

Did you know that it takes, on average, 23 minutes to refocus after a distraction? Emails can be the biggest distraction of your day, so let me help.

Together, we can come up with a system that works for you - because we all manage emails differently don’t we?

Essentially, I can:

  • Check your account twice a day (up to 1 hour in total)

  • Respond to emails with a holding email until you can respond in full

  • Flag emails that require your attention

  • File emails that don’t require any action/reply

  • Unsubscribe from junk

  • Create folders for simple organisation

Monday to Friday only  (prices are per week)

Canva

Lots of people DIY their marketing collateral now there are wonderful tools like Canva, but not everyone knows how to use it well. As a business owner I know how crucial consistency and professionalism are, for building brand trust. 

With my eye for detail and design experience, I’ll make sure all your branded docs and social posts are aligned to perfection, spaced equally, and use the correct brand fonts and colours.

Canva Brand Kit = £40 

Something to get in place before you start, to ensure everything’s on-brand going forward.

Unlimited Canva Finesse = £55 per month

Send me as many Canva posts and projects as you like, and I will have each one updated within 48 hours.

If you only need ad-hoc Canva support and prefer to pay-as-you-go, the price starts from around £10 per design - simply send me a design and I’ll quote.

Xero bookkeeping

No more nightmares keeping track of receipts and invoices. I’ll keep on top of it every month for you, so you can review the management reports, keep track of your spending, and know your figures month to month. And you’ll be in great shape ready for the Accountant at year-end :)

I’ll attach/link all your invoices and receipts for each transaction and process (reconcile) them in Xero, ensuring all the TAX/VAT and accounting codes are correct.

Up to 50 transactions per month = £65 per month.

Inbox detox

Drowning in emails? Can’t see the wood for the trees? As well as increasing stress and overwhelm, you could be missing out on opportunities or even neglecting customers. 

Imagine how it would feel to have your inbox cleansed and organised for you - so all you’re left with are those important emails you need to action.

For most inboxes, I can do this for £280 but please contact me for a quote - an inbox with 2,000 emails is very different to one with 11,000 (or more!).

Etsy shop

Ready to make that dream a reality? Let’s generate an income out of your passion and turn that side-hustle into a business! 

While you’re busy creating, I can quickly and efficiently build your shop - whether you want to sell templates, imagery/artwork or physical products. I’ve been an Etsy seller since 2019 and have built and managed 4 different shops, so I have all the expertise you need to launch fast. The package below is based on you providing the artwork and images - but if you need me to create them, just get in touch for a separate quote.

Full Etsy shop build = £845

This includes policies, company information, artwork, listing information and marketing spend (where applicable) - plus creation of up to 20 product listings.

Add ons:

20 new product listings = £425
20 duplicated product listings = £140

This includes uploading an alternative main image and changing some of the tags, to boost your search visibility.
