Before you get stuck into browsing the packages available, I would just like to request that you get in touch should you want something a little bit more bespoke or maybe some changes to an advertised package.

If a package isn’t going to be a right fit for you, then we can work together on an hourly basis.
Whether it be 1 hour a month, 20 or even more!
We can work together for £35 per hour.

Social Media Engagement & Support
Are you wanting to increase your following, start engaging with your ideal clients and maybe need some assistant with monitoring your messages?
This is the perfect package for you. I will provide support on your social media on weekdays for 20 minutes interaction per day.
2 days per week £25 per week
3 days per week £37.50 per week

Business Buddy 1:1 Support
Being a business owner can be incredibly lonely, especially if you don’t have a team around you to work with.
This support package will provide you a monthly online video call to hash out any problems you are up against, any goals you’d like to achieve and any support you may require.
We will decipher a list of tasks, which I will email you with our meeting notes, to get you where you want to be. You will have a clear focus on what needs to be done to get you to achieve those goals and get over those hurdles.
The price of this package is £110 per month.
I will check in with you half way through the month to see how everything’s going.
If you need some support ticking off those tasks, why not add on some adhoc hours for me to help you (£35 per hour). You choose the quantity and I will get as much done as I can in those hours.
Etsy Shop Build & Support
I’ve been an Etsy seller since 2019 and have had 4 different shops, all selling different products at one time. So if you need Etsy support, you’re in the right place.
Whether you want to sell templates, imagery/artwork or physical products, I can help.
Full Etsy shop build, including policies, company information, artwork, listing information and marketing spend (where applicable) and upload of up to 20 listings £845
This is based on your having the artwork/images already available. If you need help creating this, please get in touch.
Optional Extras:
20 New Listings: Uploading up to 20 listings in one sitting (not dribs and drabs) using previous listings as a starting point £425
20 Duplicated Listings: Duplication and creation of 20 listings. £140 This also includes uploading an alternative main image and change of some of the tags to increase visibility on Etsy.
Shop Branding & Artwork: I can create the shop artwork/branding and listing images if required at an additional cost. Please get in touch to discuss this further.
Bookkeeping
You’re busy, it can be really hard keeping all of those receipts and invoices up to date on Xero.
Let’s keep on top of it monthly so you can review your management reports, keep a track on your spending, know what your figures are month on month.
I will attach/link all your invoices and receipts for each transaction and process (reconcile) them ensuring all the TAX/VAT and accounting codes are correct.
Bookkeeping packages start at £75 per month for up to 50 transactions.
If you have more than 50 transactions per month, please get in touch for a bespoke quotation.
TOP TIP – It’s really not a good idea to do this only once a year. You will lose track of your spending, potentially miss out on claimable expenses/VAT and nobody wants that nagging Accountant when it comes to year end… ;)

You will receive all design files which will be scalable to any size you require for any future printing, PNGs, JPEGs and your branding guideline document.
We can also help with designing and printing of other marketing collateral.

Email Detox
Is your inbox overloaded with emails that you can't see the wood for the trees? You’re missing opportunities and your customer service is slacking?
How would it make you feel if your emails were sorted, filed, deleted and all you were left with is what you need to action?
I can do this for £280 for most inboxes, but I will need to assess your inbox before we can confirm the price as a email account with 2,000 emails is far different to an inbox with 11,000 emails to sort (or dare I say more!!)
But rest assured, a price will be agreed before any work is started.
Canva Finesse
With my experience in design, I have to (for my own sanity) ensure that all documents and social media posts are aligned to perfection, spaced equally, fonts are all in unison and most importantly, it’s all on brand.
Not everyone has the eye for these details and that’s ok, because I do.
Send me a Canva design/project and I will make the relevant changes to ensure it’s good to go!
Initial set up of your Canva Brand Kit £40 - If you don’t already have a brand kit set up, I highly recommend I get this created for you to ensure we can keep your posts on brand. If you already have this in place, then you won’t need this.
Unlimited Finesse £55 per month - Send me as many posts as you like in one month and I will have them updated within 24 hours.
Prefer a pay as you go method? No problem! Send me the design and I’ll confirm the price before getting started. It’s likely to be around £10 depending on the document you need assistance with.
Email Management
Did you know that it takes on average, 23 minutes to get back into something after a distraction? Emails can be the biggest distraction day to day, so let’s get you some help with that.
We can work together to come up with a system that best works for you, because we all manage our emails differently don’t we?
But essentially, I will:
Check your account twice a day (1 hour in total)
Respond to emails with a holding email until you can respond in full
Flag emails that require your attention
File emails that don’t require any action/reply
Unsubscribe from junk
Create folders for simple organisation
Monday to Friday only (prices are per week)
